After more than three decades leading high-pressure programmes across banking, technology, and operations, Nilesh realised something simple but powerful:

He saw too many individuals—especially women—carrying the weight of careers, families, and expectations, while putting their own wellbeing last. So, he set out to change that narrative.
By bringing together his background in strategy, leadership, and high-performance delivery, Nilesh laid the foundations of Exclusive Aesthetics with one mission: to create a trusted space where people are seen, supported, and empowered—not just treated.
But it’s Lidiya Yordanova, the heart and hands behind every client journey, who brings this vision to life every single day.
A qualified dental nurse and experienced aesthetic practitioner, Lidiya is known not only for her clinical expertise—but for her warmth, compassion, and intuitive understanding of what clients really need. The Story Behind Exclusive Aesthetics & Wellbeing
Our journey began in the creative heart of Hackney Wick, where we built a loyal community of clients who valued results-driven treatments delivered with genuine care. Over time, our clinic became known not just for advanced skin solutions, but for the calm, supportive environment we created — a space where every person is treated like an individual, never a number.
As we grew, we realised it was time for something more: more space, more comfort, and more opportunity to expand our offerings without ever compromising the intimate, client-focused experience we’re known for.
That’s what led us here — to our new home at 33 The Grangeway, London N21 2HD. A purpose-built space designed to deliver state-of-the-art treatments in an environment that feels as welcoming as it is transformative.
