The terms and conditions, in general, are dependent on the treatment provided by the company. All the fees paid are dependent on the services not being result-specific. The services provided to the customer are based on the practitioner’s skill, knowledge, and experience. Due to different reactions regarding treatment changes from person to person, there is no specific guaranteed result. We seek complete satisfaction from the customer on the terms of services.

There is no refund policy regarding sub-optimal results; all the fees are directly paid for the services provided. These services include time given by professionals, cost of products, treatment provided, and other clinical approvals. Full fee submission is requested from the customer.

At the time of booking, the client is requested to deposit for consultation. This amount is adjustable while making the final bills. Please do not request a refund once you have confirmed the appointment. These terms and conditions build contact between the organization and the customer.

Missed Appointments & Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges would be initiated on the customer in last-minute cancellations or when the customer does not show up at the appointed time without prior information.

These missed appointments negatively affect the company, leading to a time waste for the practitioner and products that were completed for the treatment booked.

We’ve streamlined our booking process for faster, clearer scheduling and instant confirmation. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible to allow clients on our waiting list to use the slot. Cancellations made on the day may require a deposit for future appointments, and any booking fees will be refunded at our discretion. For no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, booking fees* are non-refundable, and future appointments may require full payment upfront. If you cancel with sufficient notice after paying a booking fee, please reach out to us for a refund.

Unpaid Treatment Policy

Payment Responsibility:

Payment for treatments is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Outstanding Balances:

If a payment remains unpaid beyond 2 days from the treatment date, we will issue a reminder via email, SMS, or phone.

Debt Recovery Process:

If the outstanding balance is not settled within 5 days, the debt may be referred to a registered debt recovery agency for collection.

Additional Charges:

Please note that any fees associated with the debt recovery process will be added to the outstanding balance.

Impact on Credit Score:

Failure to settle unpaid balances may result in a default being recorded against your credit file, which could affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

Resolution:

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we encourage you to contact us soon as possible to discuss payment arrangements and avoid escalation.
