Exclusive Aesthetics & Wellbeing was never meant to be “just another clinic.”
Created by Nilesh & Lidiya, it began with a vision: to build a Centre of Excellence where aesthetics, science, and wellbeing come together to help people feel like themselves again.

After more than three decades leading high-pressure roles across banking, technology, and operations, Nilesh recognised something simple but powerful:
Real transformation doesn’t start with systems, it starts with people and how they feel.
He saw too many individuals, especially women, constantly putting themselves last. That’s what led him to create Exclusive Aesthetics, a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered, not just treated.
Bringing this vision to life is Lidiya Yordanova.
A qualified dental nurse and experienced aesthetic practitioner, Lidiya is known not only for her clinical expertise, but for her warmth and genuine care. She takes the time to listen, understand, and guide each client, creating an experience where people feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for.
